2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our premium hardwood slabs. However, natural materials such as walnut, oak, chestnut, and olive wood contain inherent variations in grain patterns, color, texture, watermarks, spots, and tone. These natural characteristics are not defects but unique features that make each piece one-of-a-kind.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Other payment methods as specified at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment authorization failures, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

3.3 Custom Orders

For custom furniture and bespoke projects:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the design and commence production
• Changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges
• Full payment is required before delivery arrangements are finalized
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and material availability

4. Delivery and Assembly

4.1 Delivery

Delivery terms and conditions:

• Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• The recipient must be 18 years or older
• Delivery is available within the UAE and to select international locations

4.2 Inspection Upon Delivery

Important: You must inspect the product immediately upon delivery. Any visible defects, damage, or discrepancies must be reported to the delivery personnel and documented before signing the delivery receipt. Claims made after acceptance may not be honored.

4.3 Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical delivery. Ownership transfers upon receipt of full payment.

4.4 Assembly

Unless professional installation services are contracted, assembly is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect assembly by the customer or third parties.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15/2020):

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be refused unless there is a verified manufacturing defect
• Manufacturing defects must be reported during delivery inspection
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects
• Custom orders and bespoke pieces are non-refundable once production begins
• Approved returns will be collected at our expense, and refunds processed within 14 business days

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Manufacturing Defects

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one month after delivery, unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Damage from incorrect assembly or installation
• Natural characteristics of wood
• Damage from environmental factors (humidity, temperature, sunlight)

6.2 Website Disclaimer

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any damages arising from website use.
